A. While both chips contain the same patented polymer material, there are 3 key differences between the Universal Chip and The Cell Phone Chip: The size of the chips, their shapes, and their packaging. The Cell Phone chip is packaged individually and in a 4 pack, while the Universal Chips come in packs of 2, 6 and 12.
Q. If I use a hands-free headset, headphone or ear-piece, do I still need to put a cell phone chip on my phone?
A. Yes, we recommend placing a cell phone chip on your cell phone and hands-free device to address the exposure to radiation emitted from your cell phone and hands-free device.
Q. How long is the MRET polymer within the chips effective?
A. The MRET Polymer in The Cell Phone Chip and Universal Chip has a minimum 3 year (36 month) life from the time it is applied to a Phone, Computer, Microwave, etc. Please be aware that The Cell Phone Chips and Universal Chips may need to be replaced after having been applied to these devices for a period of 36 months.
